Samson Esayas holds an LL.M degree in Information and Communication Technology Law from the University of Oslo (UiO) (2012) and an LL.B degree from the Hawassa University in Ethiopia. After completing the LL.M. program, Samson worked as a research assistant under the Internet governance 2 project and then as a researcher under two EU funded projects, RASEN and Coco Cloud, at the Norwegian Research Center for Computers and Law (NRCCL), University of Oslo. Previously, he held the position of assistant lecturer at the Mekelle University (Ethiopia) (2008-2010). Samson was admitted as a PhD Candidate at the Department of Private Law, UiO, in March 2015.
